Use multiple communication methods, text , email , mail. Not everyone wants to talk on the phone right away.

Turn your lead into a referral, if they are not interested at the time “Do you know someone who could benefit from this or might be interested”.
If goes straight to VM, text most people block numbers but will read texts.
Use humor
If you have their info and can't reach them or door knock, google/ social media.
80% of sales happen after 5 follow-ups — yet most agents stop after 1 or 2. Use a simple CRM or reminder system to stay consistent.
Practice scripts, work on tone and confidence. Sometimes it’s not what you say, but how you say it.
